INDUSTRIAL PLUG FOR REFRIGERATED SHIPPING CONTAINER TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to industrial plugs, and more specifically to an industrial plug for a refrigerated shipping container.
BACKGROUND
Industrial plugs as power receiving interfaces are commonly used in the transportation of refrigerated containers. Versatility and dimensional interchangeability of the industrial plugs are required to meet the standard of IEC60309. In the international logistics and transportation industry, various containers in the transportation are powered to control the temperature. In practice, the rated voltage for containers in the sea transport, is 380 V~, 50 Hz, 3P+E (3P+earth), and an earth contact is positioned in a power interface of the red industrial socket at 3H (3 o'clock) position; however, the rated voltage for containers in the land transport is 380-415V~, 50/60 Hz, 3P+E (3P+earth), and an earth contact is positioned in a power interface of the red industrial socket at 6H (6 o'clock) position. In this case, the user has to replace the plug (power receiving interface) of the container; that is, 3H plug needs to be replaced with 6H plug to ensure the normal power supply of the container, thus causing great inconvenience to users due to the poor versatility.
Chinese Patent CN201510577545.3 discloses a plug to solve the above problem, where two tension springs were arranged in an annular recess, and the plug pressing plate was pulled by the tension springs so that a rotatable fixture block was switched between a first slot and a second slot. The rotatable fixture block was stable only when the rotatable fixture block was snapped into the first slot or the second slot. When the rotatable fixture block was kept on a sliding rail between the first slot and the second slot, the rotatable fixture block was immediately pulled back to the original position under the action of the tension spring, avoiding the accident caused by the rotatable fixture block being at the middle position due to an undesirable rotation. However, the rotatable fixture block was required to be manually rotated every time,
DK 2019 70054 A1 not only wasting time and labor, but also easily damaging the product and reducing the service life due to the difficult control of force. .
Therefore, in the existing industrial plug of the shipping container, the rotation of the rotatable fixture block consumes time and energy, which is difficult to control, reducing the service life of the plug.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is made to solve the above technical problems of the existing industrial plug of the shipping container.
The technical solution of the present invention is to provide an industrial plug for a refrigerated shipping container, including a plug body, wherein the plug body includes a plug base arranged at a bottom of the plug body; a connecting insert component that passes through the plug base, a rotatable base where the connecting insert component is inserted into an insert rotating component; and a rotatable fastener transversely disposed on a middle of an upper end of the rotatable base in a snap fit, wherein a group of first slots and a group of second slots spaced apart are arranged in the plug base allowing the rotatable fastener to switch position; wherein a rotatable holder is detachably arranged at a bottom of the plug base; the rotatable holder includes a rotating base plate and a rotating cylinder protruding from a middle of the rotating base plate; the rotating cylinder is provided with a socket corresponding to the connecting insert component and two ejector rods arranged on one side of the socket; the rotatable holder is lifted through the two ejector rods and rotates the rotatable fastener; and two ends of the rotatable fastener are switched between the first slots and the second slots to drive the connecting insert component to adaptively switch positions.
In the above solution, an annular flange projects from an outer circumference of the rotating base plate, and a rotatable handle in an arc shape projecting from a side of the annular flange is configured to drive the rotatable holder to rotate.

In the above solution, a bottom groove is provided on a bottom surface of the rotating base plate, and the bottom groove is in staggered arrangement relative to the socket on the rotating cylinder.
In the above solution, a double-sided adhesive tape for attaching the rotatable holder to a wall is provided on the bottom surface of the rotating base plate.
In the above solution, the connecting insert component includes a grounding pin component and a plurality of live pin components, and the socket includes a first socket corresponding to the grounding pin component and a plurality of second sockets corresponding to the plurality of live pin components.
In the above solution, the rotatable fastener includes an elongated rotatable fastening bar; a middle of the elongated rotatable fastening bar is provided with an annular recess protruding upward; a spring sleeve is provided in the annular recess; the spring sleeve is sheathed with a jacking spring, and an upper end of the jacking spring abuts against a rotatable base pressing plate.
In the above solution, a column corresponding to each of the two ejector rods protrudes from a bottom surface of two ends of the elongated rotatable fastening bar; the rotatable base is provided with a through hole adapted to the column; and the column is engaged to the through hole in a snap fit with a bottom surface protruding from the through hole or being flush with the through hole.
In the above solution, the group of the first slots includes two first slots opposite to each other; the group of the second slots includes two second slots opposite to each other; and the first slots and the second slots are fitted into the two ends of the elongated rotatable fastening bar, respectively.
In the above solution, reinforcing ribs are respectively arranged on an upper surface of the elongated rotatable fastening bar and located at two sides of the annular recess.
The present invention makes it convenient to rotate the two ends of the rotatable
DK 2019 70054 A1 fastener from the group of first slots into the group of second slots through a rotatable holder, or from the group of second slots into the group of first slots, switching between the 3 o'clock direction and the 6 o'clock direction. The invention involves a simple operation and no damage to the plug. Additionally, the rotatable holder can be disassembled when not in use, providing a flexible and convenient operation.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an industrial plug for a refrigerated shipping container includes a plug body 1. The plug body 1 includes a plug base 20, a plug sealing sheath component 10 and an insert rotating component. The plug sealing sheath component 10 is screwed onto an upper end of the plug base 20 for sealing and protecting the plug base 20. Specifically, the plug sealing sheath component 10 includes a sealing sheath body 11, a locking nut cap 12 and a plug locking ring 13. A locking nut cap 12 and a plug locking ring 13 are positioned at an upper portion and a lower portion of the sealing sheath body 11, respectively. Both of the locking nut cap 12 and the plug locking ring 13 are connected to an outer side of the sealing sheath
DK 2019 70054 A1 body 11 by screwing. The locking nut cap 12 is internally sleeved with a sealing plug14. The plug locking ring 13 at a lower portion of the sealing sheath body 11 is internally provided with a sealing groove, and a silicone rubber sealing ring 15 is provided in the sealing groove. The sealing sheath body 11 forms a sealing structure with a circular ring at an upper end of the plug base 20 through the silicone rubber sealing ring 15, providing seal when a plug is connected to a socket.
The insert rotating component includes a rotatable base 40 and a rotatable base pressing plate 41 fastened to an upper end of the rotatable base 40. The rotatable base 40 is provided with a plurality of connecting insert components penetrating into the plug base 20, and each of the plurality of the connecting insert components includes a grounding pin component 44 and a plurality of live pin components 43. Three live pin components 43 are preferably provided in the present invention. The position of the grounding pin component 44 determines whether the industrial plug is located at 3H (3 o'clock) position or 6H (6 o'clock) position. An upper end face of the rotatable base 40 is convexly provided with four annular shields 401 respectively fitted to the grounding pin component 44 and the plurality of live pin components 43, and each of the four annular shields 401 is internally hollow to enable the grounding pin component 44 and the plurality of live pin components 43 to pass through. A side surface of an upper portion of the annular shield 401 is provided with a slot hole, and the grounding pin component is fixed to the rotatable base 40 by passing through the slot hole with a self-tapping screw 46.
Referring to FIGS. 3 and 5, a rotatable fastener 42 is transversely disposed on the middle of an upper end of the rotatable base 40 in snap fit. The rotatable fastener 42 includes an elongated rotatable fastening bar 421. The middle of the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 is provided with an annular recess 422 protruding upward. A spring sleeve 423 is provided in the annular recess 422. The spring sleeve is sheathed with a jacking spring 45. An upper end of the jacking spring 45 abuts against a rotatable base pressing plate 41. When the rotatable fastener 42 is jacked up to rotate, the jacking spring stores energy. After the rotatable fastener 42 rotates to a specific position, the jacking spring drives the rotatable fastener 42 to snap into the

Reinforcing ribs 425 are provided on an upper surface of the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 and located at two sides of the annular recess 422, respectively. The reinforcing ribs 425 are able to improve the strength of the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421, so that the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 will not be deformed or damaged during repeated rotations, prolonging the service life.
Two columns 424 protrude from bottom surfaces of two ends of the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421. The rotatable base 40 is provided with two through holes adapted to the two columns, and the two columns 424 are engaged to the two through holes in snap fit, and the bottom surfaces of the two columns 424 protrude from the two through holes or are flush with the two through holes. When the position of the rotatable fastener 42 is required to be switched, the two columns 424 are jacked up from the two through holes, and then the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 is rotated to drive the rotatable base 40 and the connecting insert component to synchronously rotate, switching between 3H and 6H positions.
Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, a group of first slots and a group of second slots for switching the position of the rotatable fastener 42 are spacedly provided in the plug base 20. The group of first slots includes two first slots 23 opposite to each other, and the group of second slots includes two second slots 24 opposite to each other. The first slots 23 and the second slots 24 are fitted into the two ends of the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421, respectively. A sliding rail 25 is provided between each of the first slots 23 and the adjacent second slot 24, respectively. When the rotatable fastener 42 is rotated to switch gears, the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 is switched from the group of first slots to the group of second slots along the sliding rail 25. The rotatable fastener 42 drives the connecting insert component to switch between 3H and 6H positions by switching between the group of first slots to the group of second slots. In the present invention, when the two ends of the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 are located in the two first slots 23, the industrial plug is located at 3H direction; when the two ends of the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 are located in the two second slots 24, the industrial plug is located at 6H position.

Referring to FIGS, 1, 6 and 7, the invention further includes a rotatable holder 30 detachably arranged at the bottom of the plug base 20 and capable of driving the rotatable fastener 42 to switch. The rotatable holder 30 includes a rotating base plate 31 and a rotating cylinder 34 protruding from the middle of the rotating base plate 31. The rotating cylinder 34 is provided with a socket corresponding to the connecting insert component and two ejector rods 343 arranged on one side of the socket. The two ejector rods 343 correspond to the two columns 424 to jack up the two columns 424. The socket includes a first socket 342 corresponding to the grounding pin component 44 and a plurality of second sockets 341 corresponding to the plurality of live pin components 43.When the positions of the rotatable fastener 42 is required to be switched, the two ejector rods 343 on the rotatable holder 30 jack up the two columns 424 on the rotatable fastener 42, and the rotatable fastener 42 is rotated. The two ends of the rotatable fastener 42 are switched between the group of first slots and the group of second slots, driving the connecting insert component to adaptively switch the position.
Preferably, an annular flange 32 protrudes from the outer circumference of the rotating base plate 31. A rotatable handle 33 in an arc shape projects from a side of the annular flange 32. A space is formed between the annular flange 32 and the rotating cylinder 34 to accommodate the plug base 20. The rotatable handle 33 is configured to drive the rotatable holder 30 to rotate during operation.
A curve hand grip 331 protrudes from the upper end of the rotatable handle 33 facing toward the rotating cylinder 34. The outer edge of the curve hand grip 331 is smooth, making it comfortable and convenient to grip. The two ends of the curve hand grip 331 are concavely formed into a semi-circular groove. The bottom of the rotatable handle 33 is provided with a curve through hole 333, and the semi-circular groove 332 penetrates downward to the curve through hole 333. The arrangement of the curve hand grip 331 and the curve through hole 333 on the rotatable handle 33 makes the rotatable holder 30 unable to be separated from the industrial plug before the rotatable fastener 42 is switched to a suitable position, avoiding the industrial plug staying at a wrong clock position such as 4h- and 5h-directions. DK 2019 70054 A1 caused by mis-insertion is prevented. The curve through hole 333 can make the structure of the industrial plug simpler and effectively reduce the weight of the rotatable holder 30 so that the rotatable holder 30 is light and easy to operate during the rotation.
A bottom groove 311 is provided on the bottom surface of the rotating base plate 31, and the bottom groove 311 is in staggered arrangement relative to the socket on the rotating cylinder 34. The bottom groove 311 can make the wall thickness of the plastic parts uniform, and also greatly reduce the weight of the rotatable holder 30.
Referring to FIG. 2, a double-sided adhesive tape 50 for attaching the rotatable holder to a wall is provided on the bottom surface of the rotating base plate 31. When the gear of the rotatable fastener 42 is not required to be switched, the rotatable holder 30 can be disassembled from the plug base 20, and bonded to a nearby wall by the double-sided adhesive tape 50 for use.
The working principle of the present invention is as follows.
When the position of the grounding pin component 44 is required to be switched from the 3 o'clock direction (or 6 o'clock direction) to the 6 o'clock direction (or 3 o'clock direction), the rotatable holder 30 is taken from the wall close to the industrial plug, with its rotating cylinder 34 toward the bottom of the plug base 20. Then the grounding pin component 44 and the plurality of live pin components 43 are respectively inserted into the first socket 342 corresponding to the grounding pin component and the plurality of second sockets 341 corresponding to the plurality of live pin components.
The curve hand grip 331 is held and pushed up to jack up the plug base 20. At this moment, the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 on the rotatable fastener 42 is jacked out of the first slots 23 (or the second slots 24), and the jacking spring 45 is pressed. The rotatable holder 30 is rotated clockwisely or counterclockwisely, and the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 gradually slides to the second slots 24 (or the first slots 23) along the sliding rail 25. Then, the curve hand grip 331 is released, and the elongated rotatable fastening bar 421 is snapped into the second slots 24 (or the first slots 23) under the elastic restoring force of the jacking spring 45.

During the rotation, the grounding pin component 44 and the plurality of live pin components 43 also rotate, switching from 3 o'clock direction (or 6 o'clock direction) to 6 o'clock direction (or 3 o'clock direction).
After the switching is completed, the rotatable holder 30 is disassembled from 5 the plug base 20 and bonded to the nearby wall by the double-sided adhesive tape 50.
The present invention makes it easy to rotate the two ends of the rotatable fastener from the group of first slots (or the group of second slots) into the group of second slots (or the group of first slots), switching between the 3 o'clock direction and the 6 o'clock direction. The operation is simple and convenient without damage to the 10 plug, and the rotatable holder can be disassembled when not in use, which is flexible and convenient.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and it should be noted that any structural changes made within the spirit of the present invention and any identical or similar technical solutions should fall into the scope of 15 the present invention.

Claims (10)
[1] What is claimed is:
1. An industrial plug for a refrigerated shipping container, comprising a plug body, wherein the plug body comprises:
a plug base arranged at a bottom of the plug body;
a connecting insert component that passes through the plug base;
a rotatable base where the connecting insert component is inserted into an insert rotating component; and a rotatable fastener transversely disposed on a middle of an upper end of the rotatable base in snap fit; wherein a group of first slots and a group of second slots spaced apart are arranged in the plug base allowing the rotatable fastener to switch position;
characterized in that a rotatable holder which is detachably arranged at a bottom of the plug base; the rotatable holder comprises a rotating base plate and a rotating cylinder protruding from a middle of the rotating base plate; the rotating cylinder is provided with a socket corresponding to the connecting insert component and two ejector rods arranged on a side of the socket; the rotatable holder is lifted through the two ejector rods and rotates the rotatable fastener; two ends of the rotatable fastener are switched between the first slots and the second slots to drive the connecting insert component to adaptively switch positions.
[2] 2. The industrial plug according to claim 1, characterized in that an annular flange projects from an outer circumference of the rotating base plate; a rotatable handle in an arc shape projecting from a side of the annular flange is configured to drive the rotatable holder to rotate.
[3] 3. The industrial plug according to claim 2, characterized in that a curve hand grip protrudes from an upper end of the rotatable handle facing toward the rotating cylinder; two ends of the curve hand grip are concavely formed into a semi-circular

[4] 4. The industrial plug according to claim 1, characterized in that a bottom groove is provided on a bottom surface of the rotating base plate; and the bottom groove is in staggered arrangement relative to the socket on the rotating cylinder.
[5] 5. The industrial plug according to claim 1, characterized in that a double-sided adhesive tape for attaching the rotatable holder to a wall is provided on the bottom surface of the rotating base plate.
[6] 6. The industrial plug according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting insert component comprises a grounding pin component and a plurality of live pin components; and the socket comprises a first socket corresponding to the grounding pin component and a plurality of second sockets corresponding to the plurality of live pin components.
[7] 7. The industrial plug according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotatable fastener comprises an elongated rotatable fastening bar; a middle of the elongated rotatable fastening bar is provided with an annular recess protruding upward; a spring sleeve is provided in the annular recess; the spring sleeve is sheathed with a jacking spring; and an upper end of the jacking spring abuts against a rotatable base pressing plate.
[8] 8. The industrial plug according to claim 7, characterized in that a column corresponding to each of the two ejector rods protrudes from a bottom surface of two ends of the elongated rotatable fastening bar; the rotatable base is provided with a through hole adapted to the column; and the column is engaged to the through hole in a snap fit with a bottom surface protruding from the through hole or being flush with the through hole.

The industrial plug according to claim 7, characterized in that the group of the first slots comprises two first slots opposite to each other, the group of the second slots comprises two second slots opposite to each other; and the first slots and the second slots are fitted into the two ends of the elongated rotatable fastening bar, respectively.

The industrial plug according to claim 1, characterized in that the plug body further comprises a sealing sheath component; the insert rotating component further comprises a rotatable base pressing plate fastened to the upper end of the rotatable base; and a plurality of connecting insert components that penetrates to the plug base is provided on the rotatable base.
